The Intentional Path - Executive Pastor Cohort
The Intentional Executive Pastor Cohort is a year-long peer learning experience facilitated through a partnership between WinShape Leadership and Intentional Churches. Each month, you’ll work through one of the 12 Disciplines with a small group of executive pastors. You’ll leave each call with tools you can use that week.
The Problem
You turn vision into reality. You manage staff, budgets, systems, and a hundred decisions no one else sees. But few people understand the role, and fewer have trained for it.
Most executive pastors learned on the job. This cohort gives you a clear framework and a room full of people doing the same work.

How It Works
Kick-off
Kick off in person at the Executive Pastor Collective, October 27-29, where you'll meet your group and start on the disciplines together
Video Calls
12 months of monthly video calls, 90 minutes each
Each month covers one discipline from the 12 Disciplines Toolkit, with time to work through real problems together

Investment
$2,500 per participant for the full 12 months, about $210 per month.
Includes the workbook, materials, and all monthly sessions.
