Organization & Executive Retreats

Bring your Organization to WinShape

What happens if you never retreat with your team?

It’s easy to keep punting a team retreat to next year. If you do, you might be missing out on an opportunity to create a culture of collaboration, increase team performance, or overcome team dysfunctions.

It’s no secret — sometimes company retreats get a bad rap (trust falls, anyone?). More often than not, your staff are walking in with preconceived thoughts and opinions based on past experiences. But you’re here to change that!

We believe if you retreat intentionally, it can be a catalytic event that propels your organization forward to advance the Kingdom!

FAQ

Are there accessible rooms or elevators?

Accessible rooms are located on the first floor, but stairs are needed to reach second floor rooms, and there are no elevators. Let us know in advance if there are any special accommodations required for your stay.

Is smoking or alcohol permitted at the retreat center?

Alcohol, cigarettes and other smoking devices, and firearms are not permitted on the property.

What about travel arrangements?

You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements.

What amenities are provided in each room?

All of our rooms have king-sized beds and are fully stocked with linens, an alarm clock, private bathroom with shower and dual-sink vanity, hair dryer, facial and bath soap, body lotion, shampoo, bottled water, iron and ironing board, and a Bible. We offer media-free rooms without TVs or telephones to promote a truly sequestered environment free from common distractions.

What should I pack?

We recommend packing comfortable clothing and walking shoes so you can enjoy the surrounding 27,000 acres of wilderness. There are 9,000 acres of hiking and biking trail to enjoy. In cool months, it’s best to dress in layers. With some of the activities we are planning, you will want to bring a pair of closed-toe shoes
