Doug is the Co-Founder and CEO of Intentional Churches. His love and commitment to help churches comes from his own experience of being eternally impacted as a teenager by a committed church leader. Doug served for seventeen years as the executive pastor at Canyon Ridge Christian Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Las Vegas, and have a daughter at East Carolina University and a daughter at Florida State University.
