Nikki Dutton has spent her career working in nonprofits, from Impact 360 Institute, founded by the Cathy family, to A21, a global anti-human trafficking organization. Across every role, her skillset has been translating vision into an invitation — helping donors, partners, and staff see themselves as part of the mission. She's currently a marketing manager at Foundation Source, a company that provides resources for philanthropy, and has 14 years of speaking experience, including at WinShape, and is host of the podcast More with Nikki Dutton. Her favorite role, by far, is with her family — being married to Scott, mom to Beckham, and chasing around their dog (Scout) and cat (Trooper).
